Revision Policy

The authorised number of revisions depends on the package you chose, and you may request as many changes as are specified in the package's specifics. We put a priority on giving our clients the greatest services possible, and we'll keep revising until your needs are satisfied. If the design concepts remain the same, you are not obligated to pay more money. Within 48 hours, you'll receive a new version of your logo. While every adjustment to a website's design will be given within 24 hours and every revision to a website's development will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours (depending on the revision complexity). The turnaround time for revisions on illustrative logos (logos featuring an illustration element or an illustrated design) is 48 hours.

New Order Processing Time

Turnaround time is the period of time from when you provide your design concepts to your account area and when you make your package purchase. The turnaround time ranges from 24 hours to a maximum of 48 hours for all orders for new logos. The turnaround time is at least 48 hours from order confirmation and full brief submission for packages with four or more logo concepts. Additionally, the minimum turnaround time for new website designs (home/index, including redesign designs), after order confirmation and complete brief submission, is 48 hours. Please be aware that the turnaround time for developing a static website with five to seven websites is three to five business days. For all Friday and/or Saturday orders, the delivery period begins on Monday. The first concept for your chosen illustrative logo (logos with an illustration element or an illustrated design) will be sent within 48 to 72 hours of order confirmation.

Refund Procedure

The refund policy of The Web Builders LLC is void if:

  • 1. You have selected an all-inclusive plan.
  • 2. The main design idea has been accepted.
  • 3. You have requested adjustments or modifications.
  • 4. The decision to cancel the project is for reasons unrelated to the company’s services.
  • 5. The company has not been contacted for more than two weeks during the course of the project.
  • 6. The company’s policies have been violated.
  • 7. A different business or designer has been contacted for the same job.
  • 8. The necessary details required for the creative brief are missing.
  • 9. A complete redesign has been requested.
  • 10. Your claim extends beyond reasonable limits or timeframes.
  • 11. The request for reimbursement is made after the specified time period for claims has passed.
  • 12. The company is altering its name, operations, or business structure.
  • 13. Refunds will not be provided for "change of mind," "disagreement with a partner," or any other reasons unrelated to the service provided.
  • 14. A refund will only be given for the specific service that is unsatisfactory, and not for the entire service bundle if you purchased a bundled service.
  • 15. Once the final files related to the service have been sent to you, no return or refund requests will be accepted.
  • 16. Free items or services are explicitly exempt from returns or revisions.
  • 17. After 30 days, the client will no longer be eligible for a refund for services such as website development or logo design.
  • 18. Services like social media management, SEO, domain registration, and web hosting are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • 19. Websites cannot be returned once the client has accepted the design and the website has been handed off to the developer.
  • 20. Third-party services, e-commerce automation, inventory or stock purchases, and content writing services are non-refundable.
  • 21. The Web Builders LLC reserves the right to refuse any project or terminate the agreement at any time. If a refund is issued, you will no longer have any rights to use the designs, as they will remain the exclusive property of The Web Builders LLC.
  • 22. I acknowledge that by agreeing to these refund policies, I accept the terms outlined above.
